I'm Claire—a devoted Wife, Mum, and Grandma, dedicated to holistic wellness coaching and guiding yoga practice, I’ve nurtured a deep connection with yoga since attending my first class alongside my Mum in a church hall back in the 70s.
My journey with yoga has been a lifelong passion. After years of practicing, I obtained my Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in early 2017. Since then, I've been joyfully teaching yoga, initially starting at a local gym and gradually expanding to embrace a warm community of dedicated practitioners.
My teaching style is grounded in compassion, fostering a welcoming environment where everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience, can feel at ease. I approach yoga with a light-hearted spirit, ensuring accessibility while honouring its rich 5000-year-old tradition and philosophical depth.
Sharing the profound benefits of yoga is a privilege I cherish deeply. Meeting individuals on the mat, wherever they are on their journey, brings me immense joy and fulfilment.
